By using Capitt, you agree to the following terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of every video you upload and every caption we generate for it. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is limited to 20 seconds of video per month, capped at 720p, with a Capitt watermark on exports. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Fair use

Don't use Capitt to caption or translate content you don't have the rights to, or to generate content that's illegal, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights.
